Ty is showing how much he appreciates what his mom does for them daily. Being a mother myself, I know that keeping up with children sometimes seems like a whirlwind. Maybe he just wanted to say he appreciates it. My mom used to say to us all the time "Why does your room look like a tornado just hit it?!" Or maybe Ty just loves tornados so much that he wanted his mom to have a picture of one. Who knows? Children are very mysterious like that. Well, I think the tornado card says it all.
